About Global Investment & Finance LLC
A Lifetime of Structuring Complex Investment Initiatives
For more than four decades, I have advised governments, multilateral institutions, development finance organizations and private investors on complex investment initiatives across emerging and industrialized markets.
My career began at the World Bank Group, where I spent nearly twenty years working on economic development, financial sector development, infrastructure and public-private partnerships, creating lending mechanisms for financing small and medium-sized enterprises and developing policies and strategies to foster private sector development and expansion.
Following the World Bank, I founded Global Investment & Finance LLC, providing strategic advisory services to governments, corporations and project sponsors seeking to transform ambitious ideas into investment-ready opportunities.
Throughout my career, I have worked with and advised ministries, sovereign entities, development finance institutions, central banks, commercial banks, institutional investors and private sector sponsors on projects spanning manufacturing, energy, transportation, industrial zones, logistics, trade and other strategic sectors.
My role is not simply to identify funding sources. I help clients evaluate the viability of their initiatives, strengthen project structures, anticipate investors concerns, and develop financing strategies that maximize the likelihood of successful implementation.
Having lived and worked across multiple regions of the world, I bring both an international perspective and practical experience in navigating the complexities of cross-border investment and international transactions.
Whether advising on a single investment opportunity or a large-scale development initiative, my objective remains the same: to bridge vision into execution by helping clients transform promising concepts into well-structured, credible and investment-ready opportunities.
